Explore the Blue Cave, one of the most beautiful spots on Adriatic, famous for amazing glowing blue light. The cave is located in a small bay on the east side of the island of Biševo.
It was originally accessible only by diving as it had one natural entrance below the sea level, an artificial entrance large enough for small boats was built in the 19th century.
The ideal moment to visit the Blue Cave is between 11 am and 12 pm. At this time of day, the sunlight reflects through the water coming from the white floor of the cave and bathes the grotto in aquamarine light, while objects in the water appear to be silver. The cave itself is 24 meters long, 10–12 meters deep and up to 15 meters high, while the entrance to it measures 1.5 meters high and 2.5 meters wide.
Explore the island of Biševo, Vis, and Hvar with a speedboat. Enjoy a thrilling 90-minute ride with speedboat to Bisevo Island, with famous Blue Cave as its highlight. Blue Cave is one of the most beautiful spots on the Adriatic because of the amazing glowing blue light. You will arrive exactly when the sunlight reflects through the sea floor and bathes the entire cave in the aquamarine light.
After that, You will explore Komiza, an authentic fisherman’s village on the island of Vis, for a coffee break. At around 12 o’clock You’ll cruise to the southern side of the island to stop briefly in the unique bay of Stiniva and enjoy a wonderful swim there. Afterwards, You’ll go to the Green Cave on Ravnik Island. When the sun is high, light enters the cave through a large opening at the top of the cave and creates a dazzling array of silver and green colors. The cave is very spacious and the sea depth is 3 to 5 meters.
On Your way to unspoiled bay Mala Garska on the island of Hvar, You will get a panoramic view of stunning Pakleni islands. In the bay Mala Garska, You will have plenty of time for swimming and relaxing on the beach. Free lunch is also included. Your last destination is the famous town of Hvar, one of the most beautiful harbors in the world, known for its rich cultural heritage. Its seven-century old walls are still alive, as well as many 15th-17thC Venetian era noble houses and public buildings.
